I want to be able to right click and insert today's date in an email or other form

I want to be able to right click on my mouse and enter today's date into a form or an email without having to type it. I wonder if this is possible using a macro of some sort or an add on in firefox (I usually use firefox as a browser). This is not related to any word processing or spreadsheet software.

Yes, a macro is probably what you're looking for there. I've been reasonably happy with Typinator for my needs. There are other options as well, but nothing I know of that gives you that ability through right-clicking.
