iMac (Mid 2011) and Kingston HyperX FURY

Hello everyone beautiful people!

It's my first post in the forum, and I come to you now because I'm searching to upgrade the RAM memory of my Mid 2011 iMac, 21.5 Inch screen.

I've heard wonders about it, but I'm not sure if this machine can take it, and I wanted to make sure they would work before ordering them.

Use only Crucial or OWC memory as Macs are extremely fussy. Avoid Kingston memory and SSds.

Ooh that's a bit disappointing. I heard the HyperX memory was really awesome for games and such. But thank you! The upgrade alone will be good!

No particular brand of RAM is any better than any other for "gaming" or any other specific application, that's just hype and PR. You should use the type or RAM recommended for the machine, and in the case of Macs you want to stick to the well-known high-quality brands (including, but not limited to, the brands mentioned above).
