My Quickeys won't work without enabling access for assistive devices checked - only, it's not there in Yosemite. I've gone through the ENTIRE System Preferences panel (Security and Privacy, Accessibility, Keyboard, etc.) and that checkable box is totally MISSING!
Is there any other way to get it back - a Terminal command, perhaps? I really need QuicKeys!!! The maker's suggestions also don't work. Help!

You need to contact the Quickeys developer and see if they plan on updating it for Yosemite otherwise you'll have to do without.

Is this what you want?
It's under Security and Privacy.

Quickeys and Yosemite

I am finding that QK Shortcuts that require a click in a window do not work even though I have specified the name of the window. Has anyone figured out a workaround?

That definitely helps. I think it has solved my problem. But I find I have to specify Frontmost Window instead of by name to get the clicks where I want them. There's a good long discussion thread on the Quickeys Forum about this.
