Changed ISP and installed to modem but Time capsule still showing old IP address. When I bypass the time capsule i see new IP address but need time cap to use new IP - Hmm

We need a little more information here. If what you are seeing is the external IP address provided by the ISP then it really shouldn't matter. Tell us a little more about how the network is set up. How is the hardware connected? Have any of the settings changed from what they were?
