Ipod synce

I have just had to have all my systems restored on my mac book pro, this wiped off my iTunes libary and iPhoto all my music and photos ; however they are all still on my IPOD, however every time I plug in my iPod and it wants to sync, it states it will delete everything on the iPod- is there anyway I can get my photos and tunes back into the macbook- none of the tunes were bought on the ITunes store so i cannot back up from there

You need to purchase an app which will reverse sync your iPod to iTunes without removing everything from the iPod. There are several apps that can do this. One such app is called "Senuti" and sells for $18.99. You can download Senuti from here.
