I really hate having to ask such simple questions all the time. If I were more knowledgeable I could contribute.

I noticed I can't raise my phone to my ear to activate Siri since updating to ios 8. I looked in the settings menu and couldn't find it. Did we lose this feature in the new update? I see there is a new feature where you can say "hey siri" but this only works if the phone is connected to power.

I miss being able to put the phone to my ear and telling Siri to call my girlfriend.

thanks,
chris

I think I figured this one out. I changed carriers from ATT to Straight Talk. I also lost the hot spot with the move.

I thought it was only available in iPhone 5s and 6, 6+. Not sure if it works on iP5.
