Anyone know where I can find old (pre-5) versions of FutureBASIC?

For that matter, does anyone know of any abandonware collections that may have other classic Mac IDEs?

Yes, I'm aware that version 5 is still being made available as freeware. I'm looking for versions I, II, 3, and 4, either as disk images or on the original physical disks.
