No Sharing Preferences in System Preferences 10.9.4 MBP

Just as the title suggests. I open system pref and the is no Sharing tab.

Anybody help? Much appreciated.

I have also tried opening via the terminal but the .prefpane does not exist.
Anybody tell me how I can install the missing .prefpane
I have replaced my DVD drive with a SSD so I would need to use my USB install of Mavericks

You don't have the latest version of Mavericks installed. Download and install the Mavericks OS X 10.9.5 combo update and check again to see if sharing shows up.
