Mac Mini usb ports dying

Two of my USB ports have died on me (Mac Mini 2012). No sign of life with any peripherals. Have tried PRAM reset on reboot. No good. Also have turned everything off, unplugged etc. Again, no good. Using wireless mouse and keyboard if that's relevant. Can anyone help?
