autorun .inf

I have just bought a USB SuperDrive. I was hoping to use my old CD Roms for Spanish learning, but they all have this autorun.inf on them and I can't work out how to use them on my MacBook Air.
Can anyone advise me please?

Without further details from you, my assumption is that these CDs run on a Windows operating system only. You would likely need to run Windows in bootcamp or virtually.
