Recently if I play an mpeg video in quicktime it will play but with no sound and would freeze up every so often. I think it may be a problem with the codec as it has happened before. Last time I installed windoe media 9 and it solved the problem. I tried that this time and no luck. I've tried reinstalling quicktime 7 but still mpeg will not play properly. .avi and others play fine its just .mpeg or .mpg. Can anyone help?
