Well, I believe that most here will certainly upgrade - if not already done check out the features that will be changed and added - there is plenty of information on the internet, such as HERE.
For myself, I will be upgrading my iPad 2 (probably last iOS for that dinosaur) and my wife's iPad Mini - I usually wait a week or two to evaluate the responses from early adapters (this forum & the iPad Forums are my barometers) and also see if Apple releases any early bug update(s). Dave

I definitely intend to upgrade my iPad 3 to iOS 8 when it's released. I will also do the same for my iPhone 5c.
