Hi,
One of my principal agency bods is having problems viewing images that I send from Photo App iOS 7.1.2/iPhone 5C.
I have never had this problem before when sending photos of A4 documents by email directly from the Photos app via Mail.
I'm using an iCloud mail address on Vodafone 3 G..no one company has reported the problem but this particular one. They are giving me grief because I am mailing copies of orders and they can't process them because the image doesn't seem to send as an attachment, rather as a part of the text body and ends up like waaaayy oversized or unreadable in weird ways.(I always use the Medium option)
I'm suggesting that the problem is likely at their end but they won't have it. I would assume they will be using Windows/Outlook etc.
Any ideas...or do I go back to the stone age with post/scan/fax ?
