Hi. New to MacForums, so I hope this is the right place to post this. I have both a MBA and a MBP. I need to transfer the same set of files to 250 USB drives. I've been doing Google searches for good software to complete this, and everything I've found is either Windows only, or it's designed for hard drive back-ups. Any software suggestions?

That's going to be lots of work regardless of which software you decide to use. However, what works best in my opinion is cloning software. There are two such applications we recommend: Carbon Copy Cloner and SuperDuper.

Note that both of the above apps are primarily used for recovery and backup but would work for what you want to do.

Here's another method that does not require spending money on a cloning app...

Use Disk Utility to make an image of the files you wish to deploy to the 250 USB drives. Then copy the image over accordingly. Or, burn an iso of the files and then copy the iso to the 250 USB drives. The difference here is that you'll need to deploy the image or iso so that it gets you back to the original file formats.
