Did you backup your iPhones to iTunes or iCloud? If you did, just restore the backup.
If you didn't make a backup, you'll need to obtain another copy of the text tones that were deleted and place them in iTunes. Then sync your iPhones to iTunes. There are apps that can undelete things from your iPhone or iPad but they're not free.
