I need help installing toast 7

Got my new G5 lastnight, I like this, only can't figure out how to install toast 7. Only 2 days with mac, it's killing me. I downloaded a file from the web site it's a .zip.download file. just don't know what to do with it. i figure it's got to be a zip file, maby a disk iso
Please help me out with this before i go nuts

You will need to unzip the file. Once this is done, you will need to get a license key from www.roxio.com.

Did you download the file from Roxio and pay for it or some other site? If you got it anywhere else than Roxio, it's pirated and illegal and can not be discussed here on Mac Forums.

You can buy and download it from Roxio. Is that what you did?
