I'm on the latest Yosemite beta and I would like to restore my iPhone to the latest iOS 8 beta (not a developer, but also not an idiot that doesn't know how to responsibly handle a beta OS). I have the .ipsw needed on my Desktop, but the Alt-Option restore click does not register on iTunes 12 for me (not allowing me to specifically choose the iOS file I want to restore to). It is treated as if I am only clicking Restore. Any ideas?

You should only be using the iOS 8 beta if you're a developer.

We do not discuss the use of software illegitimately obtained. Thread closed.
