IMAC slowing down?

During downloads lately i'm only getting about 65 kb/second. That seems super slow to me. Could it be the content, or is my mac just slowing down? Any info or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
You didn't provide us with any information.... What iMac, year and model? Version of OS X? And what connection speeds are you paying for? Lots of things can impact download speed so be specific.

Silver M1 iMac 512/16/8/8 macOS 11.6
And hopefully notnusing a speed downloader such as Yazsoft's which is no longer supported.
