Refund AppleCare if you didn't buy it

Hi all,

So here's the thing.
I want to buy a MacBook Air from Craigslist. It is all legit. And, it comes with AppleCare. But, I don't want it so I'd like to know if it is possible for me to get refund for the remaining time on the plan.

Refering to the original 12 months or optional three year cover? If the three years should have asked for it to be knocked off the purchase price..
