I'm using OSX 10.5.8. After using the Software Update, I can no longer access my wifi. Is there a fix for this or am I into a complete re-install?

First up reset the router and do a another setup of your network details, and then use browser to set up computer account.

Then if Harry's fix doesn't work re-apply the 10.5.8 update - download the combo (via ethernet if necessary) from Apple Mac OS X 10.5.8 Combo Update.

Cheers :)

I installed the first 10.5.8 update. Can I install this second combo update as well?

Yep, you can. The combo update is so called because it applies to all Apple computers on Leopard. Your system should install only the parts specific to your machine.
I've known it to take a second go to fully fix things.
Mind you this is only a shot in the dark as I really don't know what is wrong.

Did you try Harry's idea?

Cheers :)

Hugh
