I'm on OSX 10.9.4 and have an external hard drive that is Windows NT Filesystem (NTFS-3G) formatted that is not appearing on finder. It appears on the left column of disk utility but it's not mounting. I've tried verifying and repairing the disk but I get these error messages [attached]. Is there a way to fix this?

Repairing errors on NTFS drives from the Mac side is likely to be problematic. The only Mac utility I can think of that claims to help with some of these issues is Recover FAT, FAT32, EXT3/EXT4, NTFS, HFS File Systems on Mac. I have Disk Drill but haven't needed to try repairing NTFS disks with it.

IMHO if you have Windows on your Mac, either through Bootcamp or a virtual machine, try repairing the drive there.
