Heat Index / Wind Chill Temperature

Folks:
Can anyone point me to a widget that calculates heat index and wind chill. Our temperatures are generally affected by one or the other, and I'd like to have the calculations at my finger tips instead of going to a website.

I had to experiment with a few but here's one that seems to give what you need. Once you enter location it gives current temp as well as a "feels like" temp. https://www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/information/theweatherchannelwidget.html

There are other widgets with much more detail. I went through several but they all seem to go to the web to get heat index/wind chill if they provide it.

The Weather Channel calculation of 'real-feel' is rarely accurate. I'm looking for a widget (or app) in which I enter the temperature / humidity or temperature / wind speed to get the calculation.
