I've downloaded video clips from YouTube and want to slow the clips' frame rate, then save the modified clip as mp4 and burn to DVD. Does anyone know how I can achieve this, using (preferably) free Open Source video editing software, please?.
I purchased VideoPad and the "selection" (slowed clip) can be saved as mp4 BUT it will not burn to DVD using (purchased) "4Media DVD Creator.
Thank you for any advice you can give.
Sincerely, PaulRanger1.
