I have been helping out a Company called Hinterland Software and they are making a game ATM. We have been in a Pre-Alpha Stage/Game squashing the main big bugs so we can get the game out to Early Access Steam Alpha, for 350-450 people in a weeks time and 7000+ 5 weeks after that.

As its been, we have been using Assembla to do the Bug Tracking and Ticketing, With 10 Pre_Alpha Testers, me included, but now we have more, we need something a little more robust, something that is easy to use, and is hosted somewhere.
So far we've played with JIRA (didn't love it), would consider FogBugz (but quite expensive), RedMine has been recommended (but looks like it needs a fair bit of setup), and Bugify looks interesting (but needs to be hosted and setup).

Anyone have any good recommendations on what we could use ??

Cheers.

EDIT: If anyone is interested, its a Simulation Survival game, in a Post Apocalyptic World taken out by a Smart Bomb and ruined ALL electronics, and you Will Mackenzie crashed your plane in the North of Canada in the Frozen baron snowscape (and has NO zombies)
Bought to you of people from Metal Gear Wars, Star Wars ~ Knights of the old Republic, Mass Effect, Red Faction, Far Cry and Gods of War !!!
