Warcraft III question...

I play this game all the time on B.net
I have been having trouble making an arranged team with a friend, my firewall is off, any ideas why this wont work? He is on Windows,but Warcraft works for both, please help, thanks.

Is HIS firewall off? Has he checked his network settings to see if there's a problem there? There's a lot that COULD go wrong here, on his end or yours.

Yes, we have tried exstensively. I'm afraid I may have to give up at this point.
