trouble transferring photos to Blogger

Trouble transferring photos to Blogger
I talked to folks at the Genius bar in my local Apple Store; they solved the problem.
Recommendations:
Go back to the original photo, it is the highest resolution. Photos in your Albums are a lower resolution copy???
Well, this worked, but i still don't understand why photos that have been organized into albums would be a lower resolution, it kind of defeats the purpose of organising photos into albums.
