Incomplete passes

It says that I have incomplete passes when I try to change my region but I bought the series pass half a year ago. This is frustrating as I can't do anything on the App Store

I think he may be asking about season passes for iTunes TV shows that he subscribed to?

Yes, but I was wondering what show to see if it "should" be complete.
