Wireless repeater

I have just received 2 wireless repeaters and they only come with instructions for a PC.
Have searched everywhere to try and get instructions. Any ideas please ??

Repeaters

They are 2 generic repeaters bought from e bay. No make shown.
I have a netgear dg1000 router and using IMac running OS X 10

A wireless repeater is designed to extend the wireless signal so it doesn't matter whether your system has PCs or Macs. The setup should be the same.

And don't know if Yosemite OS X.10 will need new drivers or what until it is released.
