I have attatched a photo of it because I only just found it was there and would like someone to identify it. I can't even click it to delete it, and when I open it, it says 'PC'. It seems very suspicious to me as I've recently found malware on my iPhone, which I charge through my MacBook occasionally. Can anyone help?

Any other devices on your network?

NAS drives, other computers, bluray players, printers, anything at all?

Just out of interest..... malware on your iPhone? What was it?

That's not a shared file, it's another device on your network. Or a device on a network you were connected to.

as Cradom says above
