I take photos at special events, then make an 'imovie' with them and give them on DVD to clients. The upgrade imovie 10.0.3 does not have a "share to iDVD" option so I can finalize it and burn to a DVD to give away. How do I make copies now?

You should still have your older copy of iMovie 9.0.9 on your Mac but in a separate folder unless you deleted it. Use iMovie 9.0.9 instead of the new iMovie 10.

A dvd that will play in a DVD Player? Share your movie to File, then if you still have iDVD you can drag and drop that movie file into an iDVD Project window.

If you don't have iDVD, then try the free Burn. Just be sure to make a Video DVD.
Burn - Home
