Hello,

I'm here to get some feedback about my homemade songs all done with GarageBand.

Here's 2 songs I put on Youtube recently :

http://youtu.be/1BzMouW3xFM

http://youtu.be/TM9epImIbTs

It may sounds electronic, but the music was all done with an iPad. It becomes a useful tool for me when a melody comes into my mind and i'm not at home.

Could you tell me what you think of it, please?
Do the lyrics make sense?

Thanks by advance.

(Sorry about my french accent, I'm working on it)

Nono.

I liked it! Kinda reminded me of The Nits (from Holland). It's obviously not a studio production but it really gets the point and melody across just fine. Excellent use of backing vocals.

The wording of the lyrics was occasionally a little unusual (for a native English speaker) but the meaning was clear.

Gotta say not bad at all. I never really got into GB, but it keeps amazing me the quality that people keep coming up with, and reminds me every time, what a powerful tool it real is.
Keep it up, you seem to be on the right track :)

Maybe You Don't Care - Song Created With GarageBand (With vocals)

Hi again,

I'm sorry, but it seems I cannot modified my last topic so I've created this new one. O:)

It's been 6 months now, and I continue learning all the possibilities about GarageBand which I think is an incredible tool for the amateur. I've got of lot of help from other users on internet and have made a dozen songs with this software.

I would like to know if this seems to get closer, in recording quality, to current standard.
Does it? :)

Are there other GarageBand users that could give some advice to make it better?

Funky little one, don't be afraid by the little dancer!

Thanks a lot in advance!

Once more.... Do not start a new thread. I merged your post to your original thread. If you wish to continue posting to this thread about music you create, then make a note of the thread and bookmark it so you can get back to it.

I understand but I couldn't edit the first post and subject which is a little out of date now, could you give me the possibility to change the first post? I think it might be misleading for users that only read the first post. Thank you!

What do you want the new title to say?
