16v or 19v on external battery pack

We have an external battery pack called the Pebble Intelligent Battery Life that has a capacity of 13200 [email protected]. It says the output is 5v/1A, 16v-19v/3.5A.

Can I use this to charge an iPhone 5 or an ipad2 and if so, which voltage do I select? I can choose between the 16v or the 19v.

Hello - I've visit this SITE and assume that your product is there someplace?

Not sure about all of your numbers (nor their accuracies - check again), BUT the important one is OUTPUT 5V/1A (not sure about the 16v-19v/3.5A - is that the input?). If indeed the output is as stated, this will NOT charge an iPad which requires a 10 Watts (the standard charger for that iDevice), i.e. 5V x 2A - will await your response after you 'double-check' the numbers provided.
