Is there any way to change the snooze options on Reminder alarms? The options are not very practical.

What option would you like to have? What are you trying to accomplish? You can change the snooze time on a case-by-case basis in Mavericks:

Thanks for getting back so quickly. I'm aware of the "snooze" options currently available in Mavericks. I was looking for a way to change the options offered in the drop down menu. Apparently there is none.
