Mac Mail: Smart Mailboxes hiding emails on different devices.

Hello!

First time poster here. Wasn't sure where to post this issue, its related directly to the Mail application but I primarily use it on my MacbookPro.

Can I trouble anyone for some support on my query that I've posted here:
