Best handwriting app for iPad

I am looking for an app that can take the place of my notebook, in meetings. I'd like to use a stylus and write the notes and have the app type the notes out. Then have the ability to import them into evernote or save then on my computer. Any ideas? Thanks

Last time I had a setup like that, 20 years ago, my Newton MessagePad did the job reasonably well for almost a year, then it decided that whatever I write is, actually, just a letter 't' .... put me off handwriting recognition somewhat ... the Newton didn't survive the disappointment either lol ...so for last 20 years I've been relying on my trusted Montblanc 149 - not a single handwriting recognition error so far

Seriously though, if I had to revisit the matter, I'd prefer an app that would keep the original handwritten note, and convert it into a typed text later, when I can supervise the process.

I wouldn't mind that functionality too.
