Mail addresses os 10.9.3

I am trying to forward an email to a group. How do I get the group addresses on the email without adding each address one at a time. Is there anyway to add the group all at once.

I assume you are using the Mail app that is part of OS X. If so, the easiest way to do this is to create a group in Address Books/Contacts app and then enter that group name in the e-mail. LINK
