Error message on Apple Hardware Test

I ran Apple Hardware Test CD on my iMac 15" flat panel (OS 10.4) to check out some kernel panics I've been having. I received the following error message: ***ERROR*CODE***ERROR*CODE***disp/13/2
Does anyone know what this means?
