Hi, I had someone come over and help me load my wifi printer up, but when they left I noticed they created a guest user account on my computer. I want to delete this, but it's greyed out and I can't hit the - that would normally let me delete it. How can I get it off my computer?

You can disable 'Find My Mac'. The guest account is auto enabled when you enable Find My Mac so that if someone gets hold of your computer, there is an account they can open so you can locate the machine.

And there is always a greyed out Guest User greyed out in a system install. Only activates if the account is established. Don't worry about it and you cannot remove it.
