oh wow.. i saw MLA format, and was like being in school they drill this into us, and then you through out citing a computer program. I do not know how to do this, what is the program, is is possible to cite it as a website at which you can purchase or download the program, or is the program accessing the information somewhere? what information are you getting from the program that you are putting in your paper?

I have to write a paper about two spyware programs, so i'm doing it over ad-aware SE and spybot search and destroy. I used just information about how to use it and what it does.

you could cite their websites for that becuase they give that information on the site.
