Tripit calendar glitch

I use Tripit to manage my travel. Recently I noticed a glitch that cause my Tripit feed to add duplicate items on my calendar. However, it only occurs on my iPhone (5S running 7.1.1). It does not happen on my iPad 2 (running 7.1.1) or my macbook (running 10.9.3).
Any thoughts or suggestions?
