Import Contacts from XLSX to Mail

Mac Mini 2.3 GH i7, 100GB internal storage, 3TB external storage, 2 15" Monitors. OSX 10.11.4
I need help importing a file of contacts held in a MS Excell 11 worksheet into Mac Mail, can't seem to figure hout ** to import it.

You need to export your Excel spreadsheet to a CSV file (Comma Separated Values) which Address Book can recognize. It might take a few tries though since Address Book likes a CSV file formatted in a particular way.
