Disc is stuck

I put in a CD and it kept making clicking noises and would not eject when I pressed the eject button on the keyboard on on iTunes. iTunes then froze up and now I cant get it back up or my disc out. It isnt clicking anymore but the eject button is no longer responding. I dont even get the eject symbol on the screen when I press it.

for alot of people, so everybody knows the solution... it can help to hold down the mouse key while booting to eject a disc.
