Anyone know how to get rid of cuponexplorer toolbar in Firefox? Found a lot of information how to uninstall from windows not much on the macbook pro. I thought if would be easy but it seems more involved than I bargained for.

My wife has it on her macbook and it is causing some weird problems.

Thanks

Have you looked in Firefox's Add-ons? Click on Tools menu, select Add-ons. Click on Remove button by couponexplorer.

There was a listing in plugins called Default Browser Helper 537. I disabled it and the tool bar went away. Is this enough? Do I need to uninstall the complete program some way?

I doubt it. No need to reinstall Firefox for a rogue extension.
There was nothing in extensions? Just plug in's?
