Hi all . .

Yes its me TattooedMac aka Brent.

Need help here. I cant use the forums what so ever :( I am always signed in, in Safari, and I cant seem to get into the Forums.
I click on any page, and the progress bar hangs, then after 2 minutes it comes up with a "The server seems to be busy, please try again later". Now I know its not the network, as im using it now, and my Fiance can sign in and use the site. I can under this new User Name, and I can navigate the forums, in another browser without being signed in.
I cant sign in and post via my iPad Mini, so im at a loss as whats going on.

Im wondering if the Admin, Staff see this, if they can check my account and settings from their end, and anything else they can do, reset me or whatever they have the power to do, because I really have had withdrawl symptoms over the past 4/5 days, and I cant do a thing, from ANY browser/Mac/iDevice or anything under MY Username TattooedMac . .

Cheers all

Brent:

I just checked your account in the Mod Control Panel and can't see anything wrong with it. All looks OK. I don't have access to all the data that get's displayed as that is only viewable from the Administrators Control Panel.

However, the forum "Bot" has flagged you as having multiple accounts and that usually means it will ban the accounts. So far it hasn't. Hang on, one of the Admins will check to see if anything is wrong with your account. It will have to be Van or Tom as Chris has been real busy lately.

PS :i thought I was banned for a little bit, but I did give up the badge without a fight ;P oh and to add, from where I'm sitting my real account isn't showing my sig properly either ?? If that is a hint to whats going on ?!?!

TOM, Van has been busy also. Can you look into this? Something is going on for sure. When the badge was moved to the new MOTM I believe!

Thanks Tom!

Brent - bobtomay here - logged into your account - look for an email in a few minutes with a new password. If your email has changed or you don't get it, then try the Forgot password link to reset it.

I could just "carpet ban" all MotMs and the alum, solve this problem the easy way. That would save us a few headaches. :p

That would be interesting. Since that would ban all of the Mac-Forums Staff as well!;)

Of course, that carpet banning wouldn't include myself. Someone has to click the ban button and make sure that no one tries to sign up again. ;)

I was sort of thinking pushing that "ban all" button would be like pushing the button on a Doomsday device. Once pushed...it's all over!;)
