Need help with "The Unarchiver"

I have several hundred separate files contained within folders and would like to extract them all at once. What is the easiest way to go about this aside from command clicking every rar file down the list of the files I would like to extract? In order to explain further here is the layout of the files I would like to begin extracting (Keep in mind this is a small demonstration sample):
