Hmmmmmm ...... that attitude is not going to help you in life mate.

The people on this forum are providing valuable help because they want to, not because they have to.
They are devoting some of their free time to help others.
Your question might need some specific knowledge that not everyone has, so you will have to be patient.

As for my personal suggestion , I am sure that the Apple OSX SDK has a set of API's that you can use to ensure passwords are changed within the controlled environment of the OS :)

Please any one at least tell me the way to write objective-c code for cocoa which works similar to "passwd" unix command to set new user password.

OS X has a passwd command already. Or are you trying to just make your own for some reason?

Are you a member of the Apple Developers group ?
My suggestion is to become a certified Apple Developer, use the official Apple OSX SDK and write apps that way.
I think that is the best way to deliver high quality apps.

Or just execute passwd from your app using NSTask (see here).
