Add Save As Command to Preview > File Menu?

I used to run Mac OX 10.5.8. Within that there was a "Save As" command in the File Menu Dropdown in the Preview. I could reduce the file size of my images with a very easy to use slider. Now I run Mac OSX 10.8.5 on a newer machine. The Save As command is not there but I'd like to add it or figure out some other way to resize file sizes similarly with my machine. Possible to add command? Or is there another way I am missing to do this? Thank you.

Hold down the Option key while in the file menu. That'll give you a save as option.
