Hey everyone Im new here to this site, thank god I found it cause It can be a struggle from time to time.

I'm having A problem understanding how to copy a dvd that I bought on to an External Hard drive I have. The HD is a 250 G. Id like to just have a couple of dvds on there to be used with the dvd player.
So far I have toast 7 and have not a clue what to do with it. Im assuming they are copywrited it says read only. If any one Knows what has to happen here to do this I would really appreciate it thanks

Download Mac the Ripper.

Run it on the DVD that you want to rip and point the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders to your external HD. Then whenever you want to watch the movie, open DVD Player and hit File > Open DVD Source, then point it to the Video_TS folder to play the movie.
