I thought so. The first few metallic car parts that came to mind would have been too big a pain to remove just to do a stunt like this. Though he does look like the kind of guy who would have lots of miscellaneous car parts within easy reach.

Thinking of it running around the garden reminded me? Did you know that the pure electric car was invented a lot of years ago in a smallish country to the west of England.
It was very effecient and had a good top speed. The only thing that killed it really was the range it had. They didn't have a vwery long power lead and when they finally got one it kept getting trapped on lamp posts and other street furniture
