Adobe fflash stopped working on 10.7-x

Followed adobe's advice
, uninstalled Adobe, removed all copies. restarted MAC, new install of Adobe flash and it crashed on adobe 'finished' site. System Pref shows Adobe Flashed installed. Flash does not work on Firefox, Safire, Chrome, MAC-Mail

Thank you very much for the info, I followed it and it worked for me.
I use to give my system info with the out site cnet took over, but have not provided the info;
I have a MacPro (early 2007) with 11 G memory running a 256Gbyte SSD running 10.7.5 and using FireFox as my main browser and MAC Mail.
